For digital programs and products, you should receive an immediate automated response. If you do not receive your program information within 24 hours, please contact [email protected].
For supplement sales via Fullscript, please look at their shipping information and terms and conditions. For standard shipping in Canada and the US, you can expect a 4-7 business day delivery time. You can upgrade at any time. Bond With Health Inc. is not liable or responsible for Fullscript products or deliveries.
RESULTS DISCLAIMER AND NO GUARANTEES
You agree that Vanessa Bond and Bond With Health Inc. are not responsible for your health results and status. Your success depends on your personal decisions regarding physical symptoms or health goals and you are solely responsible for your results.
Bond With Health Inc. is to support and assist you in reaching your own goals, but your success depends primarily on your own effort, motivation, commitment and follow-through. Bond With Health Inc. cannot predict and does not guarantee that you will attain a particular result, and you accept and understand that results differ for each individual. Each individual’s results depend on his or her unique background, dedication, desire, motivation, actions, and numerous other factors. You fully agree that there are no guarantees as to the specific outcome or results you can expect from using the information you receive on or through this Website.
FREE TRIAL POLICY
If you sign up for a free trial period for a Service or program that is subject to charges (the “Free Trial”), Bond With Health Inc requires you to provide with a valid credit card or other valid payment methods to gain access to the site or service. Bond With Health Inc. will start charging you automatically on the first day after the Free Trial is over unless you cancel, as required for cancellation, before the end of the Free Trial period. Membership does not fit your needs, you can unsubscribe at any time. It is your responsibility for cancellation, and there is a tutorial in the Welcome Package (Act Management) that explains how to do so.
CANCELLATION POLICY - The Bond WIth Health Autoimmune Collective And/Or The Integrative Autoimmune Network
New information for the Membership is released on a monthly basis (every 30 days). If you feel the Membership does not fit your needs, you can unsubscribe at any time. It is your responsibility to do so and there is a tutorial in the Welcome Package (Act Management) that explains how to do so. We kindly ask you do so at least 2 business days before your next billing cycle. When you cancel, you acknowledge you will lose access to all Membership materials and trainings, including the community section. All payments or portions of payments made to Bond with Health are non-refundable.
REFUND POLICY - The Autoimmune Action Plan (VIP Group Coaching)
Within the first 14 days of starting a program you don’t feel that the program is a good fit for you, we’ll give you a 50% refund and stop any future payments (if applicable). To be eligible for a 50% refund, you must have completed the nutrition decision making tree, and attended one coaching call - either live or submitted questions to be answered. We are 100% confident in Bond With Health’s ability to deliver results as long as you do the work. So, if after you participate and do some of the work and feel like it’s not a good fit, just submit the work listed above within the first 14 days of the start of the program and you’ll receive a 50% refund. When a refund is given, you will no longer have access to any of the program content, materials or other program benefits like the Facebook group.
REFUND POLICY - Digital Products (i.e., e-books, meal plans, workshops). For refunds on digital products (i.e., recipe books and programs), you must provide (in writing) the reason for the refund request, within 24 hours of purchase.
To cancel your participation for a live online workshop, you must cancel your registration 24-hours in advance. This is the same policy that is used for private client appointments. This is because you secured a time slot and potentially prevented another client from participating and learning.
CODE OF CONDUCT
As part of the Bond With Health Inc. community pages, you may not use Bond With Health Inc. for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including selling your own services or products or copying proprietary blogs, emails or facebook posts/training. In addition to the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, you also agree to comply with all local laws that apply to your use of the Website. You may not use the Website in any manner which could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Website, or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Website. You agree that you are responsible for your own conduct and communications while using the Website and for any consequences of that use. You agree that when using the Website, you will not post or upload any inappropriate, promotional, defamatory, destructive, obscene, or unlawful content; defame, abuse, harass, or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others or upload dangerous or harmful files. Bond With Health Inc. reserves the right to remove individuals from our community in instances of misconduct.

Bond With Health Inc. shall have the right in its absolute discretion at any time and without notice to amend, remove or vary the Services and/or any page of this Website.

Bond With Health Inc. offers support to our clients and a complaints handling procedure which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise, with a solution that is mutually agreeable to both the client and Bond With Health Inc. CALL CANCELATION/MISSED APPOINTMENTS
There is a 24-hour (business day - Monday - Friday) rescheduling notice for private client appointments. Appointments changed, cancelled or no shows within this time are automatically charged for the full amount.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, including any legal notices and disclaimers contained on this Website, constitute the entire agreement between Bond With Health Inc. and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings with respect to the same.
